(More customer reviews)Very good, but not fully waterproof... minor seepage in corners in heavy rain,best to lay it on another waterproof layer (footprint pad) for heavy rain.
Maybe not the tent's fault but slightly noisy in heavy rain... maybe best under a tarp to keep the noise away from you.
Good design... assembled it for first time on site at night with no problems... really easy.
Also recommended the additional Coleman pin kit.Slightly heavier duty.
